When my daughter has ITBS testing (a week of standardized testing at school), I make her a card to sneak in her backpack each day of the week for encouragement. I used the Avery Elle Sentimental Die Set to die cut the hugs. I covered the die cut with Versamark ink and heat embossed it in with Zing gold embossing powder. I repeated the heat embossing a couple times to give it dimension.
I just love the My Mind's Eye On Trend 2 6x6 paper pad. I used a strip of the striped paper on the card base. Then used the hexagon print backed with fun foam to add a little more interest. Some generic gold sequins finish this card off, very quick and simple!
Thanks so much for checking out my project!
